The following general rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, football, PSL, esports, and any other markets offered on f111. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the f111 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
All bets are subject to acceptance by f111. A bet is only confirmed once it appears in your f111 account transaction history with a "Confirmed" status. Bets that show as "Pending" are not yet confirmed and may be declined if market conditions change before acceptance is finalised, for example during in-play fast markets.
The minimum stake per bet on f111 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event. Maximum stake information is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. f111 reserves the right to reduce maximum stakes for individual players at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
A bet will be declared void — meaning the stake is returned to the player's account — in the following circumstances:

Where a price, line, or market on f111 has been offered due to a manifest technical or human error — for example, a cricket match winner market showing incorrect team names or decimal odds that clearly do not reflect any reasonable market valuation — f111 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event settled.

All casino games on f111 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot games is published within the relevant game section of the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a casino game round — such as a disconnection during a spin or a card game hand — f111 will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. f111 is not liable for any perceived losses arising from a technical malfunction that is resolved by voiding the affected round.
For live dealer games, a player disconnection during an active hand or round does not necessarily void the round.
